Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced that Goan youth who join the Indian Armed Forces as Agniveers will receive a 10% reservation in recruitment for uniformed forces, including police, Fire & Emergency Services, and Forest Guards. A notification to this effect has already been issued. The Chief Minister urged Goan youth to seize this opportunity and join the forces as Agniveers.
