A 32-year-old man, identified as Lionel Lobo (Pinkush), was found murdered at a construction site along the highway in Pajentar-Cortalim late Tuesday evening. Lobo was discovered with severe head injuries inflicted by a cement block. The owner of the construction site alerted the police upon finding the body.
