Advocate General Devidas Pangam has apprised the Bombay High Court at Goa about ongoing measures to appoint staff for the South Goa district hospital.
Director of Health Services, Dr. Geeta Kakodkar, conveyed to the court that the cabinet has approved the contractual appointment of eight consultants, 10 medical officers, 20 staff nurses, one matron, and six OT anesthesia technicians for the ICU at the Hospital.
