Taxi operators in Benaulim have voiced their grievances to Goa Forward Party Chief, Vijai Sardesai, citing alleged harassment by the Transport Department. These operators claim that there is an attempt to displace Goans from their crucial employment in the tourism industry.

Vijai Sardesai has assured the taxi operators that he will take up their matter with the government.
