Director of Agriculture Sandeep Phaldesai announced that the central government has increased the Minimum Support Price (MSP) on 14 crops, benefiting 5,000 Goan rice farmers through the MSP scheme. He also highlighted that community farming initiatives have boosted agriculture on paddy lands in Goa.
