He also mentioned that their request for blue cabs and designated stands has been fulfilled. Sawant suggested that the ongoing protest in Pernem is politically motivated, driven by external influences trying to create unrest. He urged the local taxi operators not to be misled by these “outside powers” and invited them to discuss any remaining issues directly with him.
