The Colva police have registered a case of animal cruelty against unknown suspects after four untagged buffalo calves were found tied in a waterlogged field, left helpless and wailing in the rain for hours. The incident took place in Colva and was reported by Hanuman Gawas, a Field Officer from the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Service, Tonca.
