A 29-year-old man from Bihar, identified as Md Faiyaj Alam, was arrested by Anjuna Police for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl at Deulwado-Oxel, Siolim. The accused, a painter by profession and a native of Bhagwatpur, Supaul-Bihar, was taken into custody after the minor’s mother lodged a complaint. According to police reports, the crime occurred when the minor was playing outside the accused’s rented room.
