Panaji MLA-Minister Babush Monserrate has thrown down the gauntlet, challenging Utpal Parrikar to contest the 2027 Assembly polls. In response to criticism from Utpal, the son of the late Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, Babush stated, ‘I am not here to answer any Tom, Dick, and Harry.’ Utpal had earlier characterized Babush Monserrate as ‘corrupt, incompetent, and indifferent towards people’s problems.
