Revenue Minister Babush Monserrate suffered a heart attack on Sunday night and was promptly admitted to Goa Medical College for treatment. He underwent angioplasty on the same night, and as of now, his condition is reported to be stable. Health Minister Vishwajit Rane assured that doctors are closely monitoring his health, and necessary measures are being taken for his recovery.
