Advocate Amit Palekar has filed a petition before the High Court challenging the Ponda Court’s decision to cancel his bail in the Banastari accident case for allegedly violating bail conditions. A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday. Palekar’s bail was cancelled by the district court in Ponda due to his violation of bail conditions in the Banastarim Killer Mercedes case. Palekar had obtained permission to visit France but traveled to four other countries without authorization.
