Calangute Police have arrested Jitendra Singh (24) from Uttarakhand and Arun Kumar Vishakarma (25) from Uttar Pradesh for allegedly abusing and assaulting individuals at a shack in Candolim using bamboo sticks, resulting in bleeding injuries. A police investigation is underway to determine the circumstances leading to the violent altercation.
