The rise in water levels at Utorda Beach is a natural phenomenon that has occurred three times, according to Environment Minister Aleixo Sequeira. A Chennai-based company, NCSCM, has been appointed to study the state’s coastline, starting from Utorda Beach. While an aerial study has already been completed, field research is set to follow.
