Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant exhibited exceptional compassion and leadership when he came to the aid of an accident victim at Gogol Margao.
Instead of waiting for an ambulance, Dr. Sawant ordered his security personnel to transport the victim in one of the police escorts in his convoy and personally accompanied them to the hospital.
