Chief Minister Pramod Sawant recently attended a significant BJP High Command meeting in Delhi, where discussions primarily revolved around the upcoming Lok Sabha polls and overall preparations.

While Sawant confirmed the focus on LS polls during his visit, he remained tight-lipped about specific details discussed in the meeting. According to sources, the party high command appears unchanged in its stance for the North Goa candidate.

However, for South Goa, there seems to be a quest for exploring more options to field a formidable candidate against the Congress.
