The cabinet has approved the signing of a Mine Development and Production Agreement (MPDA) with Vedanta Ltd for Mineral Block I in Bicholim, covering Bordem, Lamgao, Mulgao, Mayem, and Sirigao villages.
Vedanta is the exclusive recipient of Environmental Clearance for this mineral block-CM Sawant.
