Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant visited the ongoing International Purple Fest-Goa, 2024. During his visit, he expressed pride in hosting the event and interacting with participants and organizers. Sawant emphasized the significance of creating an inclusive society and mentioned the opening of the Spinal Cord Rehab Centre and Pradhanmantri Divyansh Kendra at GMC. He highlighted the challenge of accurate data collection for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and stressed the importance of public assistance in framing better policies for PwDs.
