A recent Viral Video has Surfaced, where Congress South Goa Candidate Captain Viriato Fernandes has claimed that the Indian Constitution has been Forced on the Citizens of Goa.
He Further elaborated that the Indian Constitution was implemented on January 26, 1950, whilst Goa was liberated on 19 December 1961 and that Goan Dual Citizenship Issue was not taken into Account while framing it.
