Verna police have cracked the Cortalim murder case with the arrest of Alex Coutinho, a resident of Cortalim. He is accused of murdering his friend Lionel Lobo following a dispute over alcohol a week earlier. South Goa SP confirmed that Coutinho allegedly took revenge for the earlier altercation.
