A 1.5-meter-long crocodile was spotted by locals near Mahendra Maldar’s house in Vaidongar, Parshem, Pernem. Mihir Maldar noted that tourists and nearby restaurants often throw chicken waste into the river, attracting the crocodile. Ultimately, Mahendra Maldar, along with locals and the forest department, successfully rescued the crocodile from Maldarwada in Vaidongar.
