The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted a raid in Davorlim-Margao, discovering a sweet manufacturer operating in unhygienic conditions and without the mandatory FSSAI license. During the drive, 125 kg of Mawa, valued at Rs 35,000, was destroyed due to improper and unhygienic storage. The FDA continues its efforts to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
