The Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) has submitted a comprehensive Pre-Budget Memorandum to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for the upcoming Union Budget 2024-2025. Led by GCCI President Shrinivas Dempo, the memorandum covers key sectors and proposes significant tax reforms and simplifications to enhance ease of doing business.
