Goa Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant has emphasized the need for cattle owners to secure their animals, stating that accidents often occur due to stray cattle.
He urged people to keep their cows tied up in sheds and warned that owners who let their cattle roam freely may face the suspension of government schemes and seizure of the animals. The Chief Minister has directed the Veterinary department to enforce these measures.
