The Goa government will include property in survey no. 222/0 in Siolim as a ‘Private Forest’ by modifying its affidavit before the National Green Tribunal (NGT).
Additional survey numbers from Assagao, Pomburpa, Siolim, and surrounding areas will also be included. Minister Vishwajit Rane confirmed this development, stating, “Conservation of our resources is a priority of the state government.
