The Goa traffic cell has acquired 75 body-worn cameras (BWCs) to record audio and video during interactions with the public, particularly when enforcing traffic regulations against errant motorists. These compact devices will be utilized by 120 authorized officers on a rotational basis throughout the day. Each officer will use the BWCs according to their duty schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage during enforcement activities.
