Joel, a resident of Masjid Sukubhat, Seraulim, has lodged a complaint with Colva police alleging that on September 19, between 4 am and 7 am, a group, including Walter from Raia, unlawfully assembled and assaulted Romy from Colva. The group allegedly beat Romy near Sagar Kinara Hotel, abducted him in a black car, and assaulted him again at a petrol pump. They reportedly stripped him of his clothes and left him near Maria Hall, Benaulim, while hurling abuse and threats. Police are investigating the incident.
