In a tragic incident on Sunday afternoon, a bus carrying pilgrims in Jammu’s Reasi district was targeted by gunmen, resulting in the deaths of at least Nine individuals and leaving several others injured. The attack occurred around 6:10 p.m. in the Pouni area. Initial reports suggest that terrorists fired upon the bus, causing the driver to lose control, and the bus plunged into a gorge. Senior Superintendent of Police Mohita Sharma stated that thirty-three people sustained injuries in the incident.
