The High Court has reprimanded the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) for failing to schedule an inspection for months regarding a complaint about an illegal commercial structure in the No Development Zone (NDZ) at Mandrem. The court directed the GCZMA to conduct the inspection on September 28.
