The High Court has refused to provide any relief to the 175 structures in Anjuna that are allegedly illegal. In accordance with its previous directive, the Court instructed the owners to pursue a de-sealing order and furnish the necessary documentation, permissions, and licenses from the relevant authorities.

Some owners of the structures had petitioned the court to amend the sealing order issued on February 13, contending that their buildings were only temporary in nature.
