Over 300 residents gathered outside Rumba nightclub in Assagao for a candlelight protest against the growing number of illegal nightclubs disturbing the village’s peace with loud music. They raised concerns about the lack of construction licenses for many of these clubs and demanded their closure to maintain peace in the area.
