The financial assistance provided to pregnant construction workers has been raised from Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000, and the pension has been increased to Rs 3,000. 

These benefits are applicable to workers registered with the Labour and Employment department, and there are currently 16,000 registered construction workers availing of these benefits.
