Exactly five years ago today, the Indian Air Force (IAF) conducted the Balakot airstrikes in Pakistan, responding decisively to the February 14 Pulwama attack. 

This day signifies the fifth anniversary of the highly successful airstrikes, known by the codename ‘Operation Bandar’. The event remains a significant chapter in India’s military history, underscoring the nation’s resolute response to acts of terrorism.
