In a major setback for Uddhav Thackeray’s faction, the Maharashtra Assembly Speaker ruled in favor of the Shinde faction, declaring it as the real Shiv Sena with overwhelming majority and stating that Uddhav Thackeray lacked the power to remove Eknath Shinde as the legislature party leader as per the Shiv Sena constitution.
