Yesterday, Mapusa Police Station conducted a thorough verification drive in Ekta Nagar, completing 115 tenant verification cases. Enforcement actions resulted in 12 cases booked under COTPA for smoking violations and 17 for public smoking offenses. Additionally, 11 cases were registered related to improper garbage disposal.
