The Calangute police are actively searching for four individuals from Uttar Pradesh who, last month, reserved 45 hotel rooms for official purposes. Despite paying an advance of Rs 6.88 lakh for the rooms booked from December 8 to December 12 for 120 delegates, the accused checked out without settling the remaining bill, leaving an outstanding amount of Rs 9.22 lakh, as reported by the manager of Neelam Hotels.
