Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar has taken action against Congress candidate Capt. Viriato Fernandes by filing a police complaint at Colva Police Station. Amonkar’s complaint revolves around Fernandes’ alleged derogatory remarks against the Constitution of India.

In his complaint, Amonkar demands the disqualification of Fernandes and seeks legal repercussions for his comments.
