Panaji witnessed the unveiling of its first life-size statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, located at Mala, Panaji.

This initiative was led by the Mala, Panaji Youth group, and the statue was installed just in time for ShivJayanti, honoring the birth anniversary of the revered Maratha warrior king.
