The Panjim police have registered a case against a 37-year-old man from the city based on allegations of outraging the modesty of a woman. The complaint, filed by the victim, accuses the man of engaging in inappropriate behavior.
According to the victim’s statement to the police, the accused, who resides in Bhatlem, followed her with malicious intent. He then allegedly forcefully grabbed her hand and made unwelcome gestures towards her, causing her distress and discomfort.
