He emphasized that this phase would lay the groundwork for a developed India, focusing on the youth and promising significant advancements.
Modi pledged that within the next five years, every underprivileged individual would have access to housing, India would emerge as a semiconductor hub, top-tier universities would be established, and public transportation would undergo transformational changes.
