Earlier The Income Tax Department has seized the bank accounts of the Congress party, Youth Congress bank accounts including crowdfunding funds as part of the investigation.
However, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal has now Lifted the Bank Account Freeze and has confirmed no restriction now on operating Bank Accounts, the next hearing on the matter will be on Feb 21.
