Morcha for political reservation for Scheduled Tribes (ST) faced a pause in Merces on its way to the Goa Assembly. During this halt, RGP MLA Viresh Borkar was present and made his way to the assembly wearing traditional attire. 

Simultaneously, the opposition initiated a move, calling attention to the issue of ST reservation. The Speaker acknowledged the opposition’s concerns, indicating that the matter would be addressed within the Goa Assembly.
