The court has extended the judicial custody of Suchana Seth for an additional 14 days. She is accused of murdering her four-year-old son at a resort in Candolim, North Goa. 

After the alleged crime, she concealed the child’s body in the trunk of a taxi she hired to escape from Goa to Bengaluru. However, she was arrested en route on January 8. The extension of judicial custody implies that Suchana Seth will remain in custody for an extended period while the legal proceedings continue.
