The Supreme Court has stayed the Bombay High Court’s order, which had halted the implementation of the Outline Development Plans (ODP) for the Calangute-Candolim Planning Area 2025 and the Arpora-Nagoa-Parra Planning Area 2030, dated December 13, 2022. The Supreme Court will continue hearing the petition, with Additional Solicitor General Mukul Rastogi representing the state. This decision allows the development plans to proceed pending further judicial review.
