The State Cabinet has endorsed the report by Justice (retired) VK Jadhav on land grab. Chief Minister Sawant affirmed that all recommendations from the report will be put into action.The commission identified ‘no man’s land’ and government land that was unlawfully seized, and the government intends to reclaim it. Sawant stated, “We can provide a specific timeframe for individuals to claim their properties. We are awaiting the police inquiry report, and all cases will be chargesheeted.”
