The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) arrested Shashikant Kumar Gupta and Guddu Kumar Bhuiya, both from Jharkhand, along with Mervyn Fernandes, a resident of Assagao, for allegedly smuggling 13 kg of ganja in Assnora. The seized contraband is estimated to be worth ₹13 lakh.
