A two-year-old child was severely injured after coming under the wheels of a garbage van in Corlim, Goa. The incident occurred as the child and the mother were at a general store. According to eyewitnesses, while the mother was occupied with a purchase, the child unexpectedly ran onto the road and was tragically struck by the garbage van.

The injured child has been promptly shifted to the Goa Medical College (GMC) for medical attention.
