The Anjuna police have registered an FIR against Abdul Kader Khwaja, a resident of Peddem-Anjuna, for allegedly keeping his pet dog, a Pitbull, negligently unleashed at his residence. The incident tragically resulted in the death of a 7-year-old boy who was attacked by the dog yesterday.
