Manoj Parab, from the RGP, condemned South Goa Congress candidate Capt Viriato’s recent statement, calling it shameful. Parab highlighted that Viriato took an oath in the name of the Constitution while filing his nomination for the Lok Sabha polls.

Parab expressed doubts about Viriato’s commitment to safeguarding democracy if he felt compelled by the oath.
