Two female matrons from Colvale jail, along with a security guard, were reportedly assaulted by an undertrial prisoner named Minamu Hafusa from Uganda.

The undertrial prisoner allegedly bit and punched both matrons during the assault. 

The Superintendent of Central Jail Colvale has filed a complaint with the police in connection with the incident.
