Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has labeled the NEET and UGC-NET paper leaks as an institutional failure of the National Testing Agency (NTA). In response, the ministry is establishing a high-level panel to investigate the issue of paper leaks and to review the functioning of the NTA.
